Recognitions and Adjustments

Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 introduced the principle of corporate and organizational liability into our legal system. The Decree provides for the application of sanctions against the organization/company if its senior figures or other employees have committed certain crimes in the course of their duties, in the interest and/or benefit of the organization or company itself.

The introduction of this Decree represented an opportunity for Idal Group to reaffirm the principles of loyalty, faithfulness, and fairness that have always characterized its modus operandi.
To align with the requirements of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (Art. 6, Par. 2(c)), “the models must meet the following needs:”

The new IDAL GROUP headquarters embraces architecture and art.

Idal Group promotes the artistic and historical features of the territories. At the Salerno plant, 5 murals, covering a total of 100 square meters, characterize the welcoming and working spaces in a kaleidoscopic explosion of colors. The painting cycle tells the story of the Del Sorbo family’s passion for their cultural roots, the sea, and their ongoing relationship with the company’s workers, the driving force behind the excellence of Idal Group’s products.

Industry Associations

The company management is an active member of the main national and international industry associations, working to enhance the associative identity and promote important values such as meritocracy, social responsibility, and business ethics. All of this is aimed at consolidating a strong corporate culture that can affirm the role of “Made in Italy” worldwide.
